1. Getting Started.
- Why bother to connect to your guidance? What’s the advantage?
- Equalizing your breath to bring you into balance.
- The importance of grounding and exercises to help you get there.
2. How to ask? Whom to ask? When to ask? Why ask?
- The setup to access your angels and guides.
- Ways to test the truth vs. untruth.
- How do you know who’s talking?
3. Deliberately connecting to Guidance.
- Different ways to access guidance.
- Recording or writing what you sense. Using a pendulum.
- Creating a channel in your brain that will enable you to access your guides easily.
- Protecting yourself while moving beyond 3rd dimensional (3D) space.
4. Getting out of your own way: Unleashing your natural clairvoyance.
- Releasing your mind’s chatter.
- Experiencing life outside of what you were taught.
- Moving through resistance.
5. Practice, practice, practice.
