"I love Balachandar since 7 years, but recently he doesn't like me at all.  He doesn't want me in his life...I want God to help me, in getting Balachandar back to me and get me married to him.  This is my will and God please fulfill this wish of mine!!! Will God do this for me?"

Hi Jayalakashmi,
It is understandable that you are so sad if you've been in love for seven years. Your Angels are showing me that you are refusing to let go of Balachandar and let him live his life.  Your constant pulling him toward you makes him want to do the opposite. Have you heard of the expression, "What you resist, persists?"  He sees you two as having a difficult relationship, with you being impatient and trying to control things, including him.

Continuing to insist that Balachandar is the husband for you when he continues to pull back, will get you nowhere. If you really love him, then let go.  Allow him to move forward without you in his life. Maybe he will miss you and return.  And if he doesn't make that choice? Would you want to be married to someone who didn't want to be around you? 

Your Angels clearly say that this is not the job of God.  This is the job of Jayalakshml.  What you can do is move on with your life. It is your lesson to surrender to the will of the Divine. Surrender is not controlling. It is giving up personal control to activate the energy of Source.  If not and you insist on having your way, it will not lead to a happy outcome.
