Should I move into this apartment on 28th and C Street?" Cat, San Diego, CA Hi Cat, This question cuts to the chase so I will too. It looks like if you decide to move here, you will feel like you've gone from bad to worse. If money is your main concern, this is a good choice. However, i may be that you have nosey neighbors, or that you don't feel safe in some way. I don't think it's the apartment so much as where it is. After six months will you adjust and be happy you've moved into this place? All I see is that it satisfies your frugal self. You are someone who likes to have control over her money and this is within your means. But there isn't one thing here that says, "Oh boy! Life is going to be great in my new apartment!"
